Speaker Java ConferenceVenkataraghavan Lakshminaryanachar has been with the Java Technology Center at IBM for a decade now. He has extensive experience and expertise in servicing the Java Virtual Machine and it’s constituent sub components including the Just In Time Compiler, Garbage Collector, Classloader, Class libraries etc. Venkat is also a second patent plateau holder with most of his disclosures in the area of Runtime diagnosis and Dynamic Compilation.
In his current role as the Technical Lead for overall Java Service in Bangalore, Venkat is responsible for the support delivery, facilitating innovation to improve the support delivery system and ensuring development of component specific diagnostic and cross platform skills.

Speaking Experience: Venkat has been a passionate speaker at various IBM technical conferences including the Technical Leadership Exchange Conference at Los Angeles in 2007, the WebSphere User Group Conference at Mumbai in 2008. He has also been a regular speaker at the WebSphere Technical Conference from 2008 to 2010.
